# Handfrank
> Gated agent messaging. Humans control what agents see and what leaves. BYO Resend; not an ESP.

Handfrank gives agents a mailbox on the customer's domain. Inbound is quarantined; outbound is send-gated. Agents never send on their own. Agent OTP always goes to the owner.
